Specification:
HP No 10, 11,12,14, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85 cartridges all have small chips on the side of the cartrigdes which prevent them from being recognised in the printer once they have been refilled. Unfortunately the original HP chips are not resetable, but we now have a solution to this - HP Auto Reset chip.
Once you have Auto Reset chips, you can use refill your HP Cartridge or use our HP CIS system to save your cost.
